Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and get access for your chosen period (3 or 12 months). No auto-renewal, no surprises. Purchase again when you are ready to reassess.
Can I extend my access?
Yes. If you purchase again while you still have active access, the time is added to your existing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored in Australia (Sydney) using industry-standard encryption. We never share your business information.
Do you offer refunds?
No. The free tier lets you complete all assessments and see your scores before upgrading, so you can decide if the detailed advice and coaching is right for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Sova is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
